Amazing, helpful, friendly service. Highly recommend. We rented a truck that was too big, and they easily switched it for us; then the new truck had bad tires and they immediately switched them out and had us on the road in no time.

I truly recommend Penske to everyone since this was my first experience using my load and go card and renting a truck. The staff was very patient, friendly and made sure the price of the deposit was adjusted so I will be able to use their vehicle. To add, I received a courtesy call to let me know that I was able to pick the vehicle up with no charge for the evening before the day of my rental to get started early. I dare not forget about the clean environment. Overall my experience at this establishment was wonderful!

Returned my one-way rental from New York in Gulfport. The staff were extremely helpful as I returned in the rain, and needed to get the car off the car carrier ASAP. I believe the gentleman's name was Austin. When I realized I had left something in the truck after I returned it, I came back the next morning and they were very quick to help again. I retrieved my items, and was very pleased with the service here, through and through.
