If you are looking for a hassel free and easy place to rent a moving truck you found the right place. I have used Penske 2 times that I have moved and have not had any problems or hassles. They are very easy to work with.

Worst rental experience EVER. Rental manager was rude and DO NOT recommend them at all. Truck would not stay running, shut off every 5 minutes in the cold weather. We needed a 2 sleeper truck, gave us 1 bed sleeper, springs coming through the mattress. After arriving and waiting around.... waiting and waiting... He told us he would have a 2 bed sleeper the next day, go ahead and take the single bed. That was a lie....Then broke down had to call roadside assistance... The engine needed regenerated (Emission Junk)... SUPER HIGH IDLE for 45 minutes.. I had enough of the non sense and took the truck back.
