  Paid 1500 dollars to use a 12 ft. Box truck for 36 hours. Drove it 1100 miles. They forced me to rent it for 6 days even though I didn't want it, and charged 198 for insurance and got nothing back on that either. Won't be renting here again! 1500 dollars a day and noone at Penske thinks this is a problem, even though they can rent the truck out again now for four more days! Lol. This is so ridiculous all I can do is laugh! Update: Called the number as instructed and it's just a call center and they were unable and unwilling to do anything or address the situation

  Hello Lyle, With one ways a certain amount of days are given for safe loading/unloading and driving time. You do not pay a price per day. The rate is a flat rate based on the truck size, date of pick up, and the pick up/drop off locations. Please reach out to us at 1-800-467-3675 so we can look into the insurance for you. Thank you.
