AMP Chandler St is great kind caring toward their customers and double checking everything is a huge plus. Penske in general wants to be sure the customer is not just satisfied but happy, pleased with their interaction, service and pricing. They go out of their way for their customers in days when so many companies could care less. I had the best experience with Penske and will NEVER EVER RENT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY... It says alot when you're that pleased with the truck company and the service provided from their agency/pick up location 100% A++ and I am a tuff customer...

Had a truck when I needed it ... didn't call me when I didn't return truck let me extend my contract without bothering me when im going to bring the truck back....
