I called to make a reservation with Penske after Uhaul screwed me out of my reservation. I was like the fifteenth person to call them as such. The guy was nice and helpful and told me how they had to bring trucks in from other places to accommodate the needs of renters. At $4,000 more than what I’d of paid Uhaul for the same type of truck! And they know it! They are price gouging and taking advantage of people right now! I’d rate them negative stars if it were an option. Absolutely disgusting! Now I have to drive four hours, one way, for a truck elsewhere. I’m so angry at Penske.

Terrible in-store customer service, didn’t get the truck we booked a month in advance and there was no communication between Penske corporate and the store. Also heard a worker saying they wanted to “duck out” early. Would not recommend, go to U-haul and get your monies worth.
