Where do I even begin, first we get there and they didn't even ask for the identification like they are suppose to, once we get the truck the dollys left light doesn't work so we call roadside assistance, waited about 30 minutes and they came to fix it..the wire to that light WAS CUT! The dolly is missing a chunk of plastic, the safety chain is broken, and the dolly is the wrong size for his car even thought he filled out a form. Literally the worst experience ever, here's the kicker, it has the sticker that says "passed inspection February 22nd 2022. Even though there's all of that wrong with it. We might not even be able to move because of this, go somewhere else this isn't it

They should have 0 stars! I've been sitting on side of the road with my daughter and our furr babies waiting for someone to come checkout what is going on with the brakes! First we were told an hour and half, called back now it's another 35 mins. All the while wasting gas trying to keep a comfortable temperature in the cabin. DO NOT USE!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APPARENTLY AN UNRELIABLE FLEET

Over charged me. Also did not have my truck when I needed it. Management at corporate locations are 5 star but home depot employees ruin the penske brand.
