My husband and I sold our home and we had to wait 25 days to move into our new home in Lake City. The Move Connection crew packed us up and stored our belongings until they moved us into our new home 25 days later. They are professional and hard working and they TRULY CARED about us, and about our furniture! Frank and Frank are amazing supervisors (yep, they’re both named Frank!) and Audrey (in the office) is incredibly caring and professional. This is THE BEST moving company I’ve ever used! Hands down! They earned their A+ BBB rating! Would use them again without hesitation!

We just had our 40' container from Kodiak, Alaska unloaded by the Move Connection, which was packed all the way up to the top...totally Full. They were very polite and professional. All done in 3 hours with three hard workers. Amazing!!! Would certainly recommend them to anyone needing this service. Very good job to all involved in this process!!!

Thanks for nothing. Told me they'd return my call in two days to set everything up. "Don't worry, we'll take care of you" they said. No return call!!! Wasted my time waiting on them. Should have known better. High price, low integrity. I feel sorry for the person having to answer the phone. Knowing they have to depend on someone who's NOT dependable. I did find a mover in Jax, but move connection made my move worse than needed.
