The worse experience ever. Truck was so old. Not safe to drive. I find out when I drove on the highway, I called the office I rented from in Louisville to tell them the truck is not safe to drive, he responded OK. I will transfer you the our call center. He did not let me finish. . I will never rent from Penske again.

We had the best experience renting a Penske truck from Chad. He was so thorough and so kind in explaining everything about driving a 26 foot truck. We will never rent from anyone else in Lexington Ky. It is sometimes difficult to find people with excellent customer service skills in today's society. Chad exceeded our expectations and helped us overcome our fear about driving a 26 foot truck.

The Penske is actually inside a store called the 'Mail Room'. They are a authorized dealer or whatever for Penske. The lady in there was super helpful. Got me a qoute. Let me check out truck beds to let me see what I was working with. Over the top helpful and kind. 10% discount for college students.
