Zane was incredibly helpful. He found my lost reservation that others couldn't find, he gave great customer service, and offered condolences when my reservation was delayed because of computer problems. Upon return of my trailer, Zane helped me once again for check-in, provided great service again, and was able to answer my questions.

Worst storage rental experience we've ever had. Secured a unit online, drove over 900 miles from CT to KY and on arrival was told they gave up of reservation to someone else. They put a leen on our unit for being 3 days late on our payment. The entire store smelled like weed and all 3 employees working there are always noticeably high.
