  I called to see if they have a pick-up available. I was informed that they did. Get there and truck was gone and told me the next available time would be at 4:41pm. Came BACK to the store at 4:41pm, truck never came back. Then wait 20 mins and still never came back. I had to pick up furniture that someone was selling and didn't want to keep him waiting. I suggest that they should reservations. I asked and I was informed that they don't do reservations; first come first serve. I was referred to them by my boyfriend's mom. Such a bad experience for me.
