We had a great experience at this location and it was undoubtedly to the talent there at the service dpt. Tyler and his crew helped us to figure it out how to properly set up our truck and trailer and also fixing a broken light in our trailer. Him and his teammate were nothing but the most helpful and kind we have encounter in a while when it comes to customer service. Also the gentleman at the front desk in the service dpt was extremely helpful too. We are doing a big move from Toronto to California and they made sure we were send off with everything working and safe. Thank you Tyler!

I change my review. Im african American and i feel like i was treated unfair because im black. They tried to charge me daily for a rental they had back because i left take half FILLED already charged me 700$ for 5 days. These people rip you off go to UHAUL OR SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Jake was friendly, but upon arriving home, saw the trailer had a flat and the safety pin was missing - hours of waiting and work people - i expected better.
