  I was referred to this business at the last minute. I needed a move completed within 2 days notice and they were able to accommodate me. They arrived prior to my scheduled appointment after a phone call to ask permission. The movers introduced themselves, told me what to expect and were very professional. Each piece of furniture was wrapped in moving blankets and plastic. There was not a mark on anything. They disassembled and reassembled a recliner. They assisted me in setting up furniture and were willing to help me with anything I needed. They even finished early and charged me less than the quote. Who does that? They were always available by phone, friendly and patient. Communication was excellent. I would highly recommend these movers!

  Yikes. We had three guys who were truly nice individuals and I didn’t want to write my review because I didn’t want to compromise the fact that they were good kids. They are paid like $14 an hour and we paid this company close to $2,000. The young adults that showed up were not hustling. Taking their time. Then when they finally got to our new home, they were like…. “We can move this all inside but it’s another $1,000” They ran out of time. …. So they moved four heavy things inside and left the rest in our garage. No hustle and you know what, for the low wage they got paid with no opportunity inside the company I get it. Would def recommend a local company VS this franchise. The pro was I did know that they were insured and that was a peace of mind. And these young adults were all nice - they would have gotten the job done had I paid $3,000 but at that point of how slow moving they were it wasn’t worth it. And when they unloaded into our garage to head home, it was the fastest I had seen them move the entire time. Anyways, pay your employees normal wages they are literally doing ALL the work.

  Emmanuel and Corey were my moving team. Emanuel was kind and very professional and handled any changes or unexpected things with kindness and professionalism. Corey was super nice and they both really moved it to get me in to my new place. Nothing was broken. Everything handled with care. Office staff very nice. I felt comfortable and was happy overall. Thank you.
