I’ve been there three times… and the staff very rude, they didn’t done what supposed to be done.. spent week and brought same issue truck.. oil not been change, starter also… one thing how they have 3.8 stars!!!!!!

I've been a primary tower and sole provider for Penske for over 10 years the staff at this particular facility are the rudest I've ever seen I tow for multiple Penske locations and on many different locations including transports and have never been met by such unfriendlyness. I have the gate code to many locations for Sunday or nightly access and have always had a good experience with Penske until today. The staff here definitely needs to learn how to greet and treat the tow truck drivers alot better.
