  Terrible customer service, they will never help you and their scheduling and and write up is just as bad! Have to send and email and report it once you arrive and they still act like they don't know why you are there or why you brought the truck, Service department does not inspect trucks unless its reported by driver. A tech will see a bad tire and not replace it because it's not reported by driver. Don't sign the contract, they will say anything just to make you sign then after they will lock you in for 4 years.

  Loved the service that the Penske reps provide. We had a small hick up in estimating the size of truck we needed and had to get a larger truck but Penske made the upgrade such a smooth transition. I would really recommend renting from them!
