Moved from PA to Oklahoma. U-haul and Budget were much cheaper but Penske is known to have better trucks and customer service. They kindly price matched. After my family and I began to load all of our belongings, it started to rain and we noticed that two of the corner caps were leaking water onto our boxes. It was frustrating. I called the Store manager and he immediately checked with the technicians what our best course of action would be. We agreed to finish loading everything. It didn’t rain long. And then brought the truck back to the service department and left it there overnight to get patched. I picked it up the next morning. Even though this was a negative experience, the store manager and associates found a quick solution. Thank you for everything, Tyler, Joe and Nick. My family and I arrived safely in Oklahoma with zero issues on the road.

Guy was cool we will see how truck handles cross country 🇺🇸. Update: We are stranded and waiting for road side assistance was told 45 min over 2 hours ago to be told 45 min again all for something we should have been warned about upon renting. No disclosure of potential occurances or even any info given prior. Now we are stranded and awaiting assistance hopefully it can be resolved.🤔

Very bad experience. If you not living around the area and don’t have a cashiers check you not going to be able to rent a truck. The clerk Geoffrey sucks he told my dispatcher I can use the money orders so I made 10 of them for the grand total of 10k deposit by Walmart after running back and forward at the all banks in this town to get a cashiers check he refused to accept them. Money orders are not certified (what a joke). He refused to use my Credit card when the other clerk told me by phone it can be used. What a waste of time and money. So be careful guys try to avoid this place.
