  This store is run by very helpful kindly people. Their truck rental rates are standard, but the supplies they sell are surprisingly well priced. It's a great place to buy specific size boxes for shipping. And they're very dog friendly!

  I’ll rate this a O star. Didn’t have the option tho. This is Concerning the 3000 Michigan Av, Lansing Mi location. Mistakenly left another rental truck on his lot. Left keys and contract in his drop box. Owner of Penske moves vechicle out of way, then calls an impound yard to tow moving truck, he then loses the keys, denying where they are. Ends up costing me nearly 600.00 to retrieve my Uhaul. This owner didn’t have to go out of his way to put the screws to a competitors customer. Yet he did. Rotten and evil to the core! Good luck with that when you meet the creator of this world, rotten Penske owner

  We had a great experience, as truck rentals go. The owner / employee was helpful and thorough, and the truck was in good shape. If we need to rent a truck in Lansing again, we will definitely go here.
