Had made a reservation at 830 for pick up at 1pm. Got to the location and the Penske employee was nowhere to be found. Another guy in the office kept saying "he'll be back in 5" eventually he showed up and 1:40. The truck did not come with a full tank of gas and I only drove it 14 miles. After returning they charged me to fill it up saying that "they don't know what happened but it was missing a quarter tank" Terrible service. The only good thing was that the A/C in the truck worked

Picked up a truck in Arkansas and needed to drop in the Ocean Springs area. I was given this address. Drove around for 20 mins. Never did find a Penske agent on Washington Ave. Ended up taking the truck to Gilfport Penske. Cost me more money for gas and mileage. The next day we found the agent on Washington ave. No signs at all at the car lot telling you this is a Penske agent. Its obvious Penske is not their primary business. Will rent from U-Haul next time.

Excellent treatment They stuck to their initial quote, which was what we based our decision on, and I am happy to say there were no hidden costs or fees! I would definitely use tgem again and again!
