    AWFUL COMPANY! I paid a deposit because I was told I had to to be put on the schedule and that I would receive a call at 8 a.m. and they would be there by 8:30. I started calling at around 9, the number he gave me was out of service, and it took we an hour before I actually got through to the office. The guy I talked to asked for my name, said I wasn't on the schedule, then asked for who I talked to. Ross Ellis was the name, so they got a hold of him and he calls me at 10:30 to tell me they can't come out because it is raining and the liability is too high, can they do it tomorrow? I have a 15-month old whose entire house and crib is in boxes/disassembled...hell no! So, he said he would "try" to work things out and call me back. I never heard back for two hours and I tried calling the number he was at, left two messages just asking for a yes or no, and finally called another company. That other company was out, short-noticed, in 1 1/2 hours. A-delivery is amazing! They also informed me that his excuse about the rain was complete crap, that every moving company has insurance and so did my apartment complex and that the only difference rain made was it might take a little longer to load/unload. When Ross finally got a hold of me, I told him it was too late and I wanted my deposit back. He said he would have to talk to the boss, he would call me back, and have not heard from him since. That's ok. He doesn't want to talk to me, and frankly, neither do I. My legal office will be getting a hold of him come Monday. Those posting good reviews are getting abnormally good services. This is actually the second time this has happened to me. I didn't make a big deal out of it the first time because I only needed 5 things moved and they typically only take 3-hour+jobs, but they ditched out on me again after promising to be there. I can't confirm the other reviews claim about insurance, but it makes sense that they do not considering his poor excuse about the rain. Also, they are not BBB accredited and they have two complaints filed on their website.

    If i could go lower, I would. This company showed up highly rated on the U-haul website. I had only been in the area about a year, and was clueless. I was moving July of 2015, in the dead of summer. If i didnt move out by this date, i'd have to pay a whole month of rent. I couldnt get into my house until this date, so that left me one day to move and i booked well in advance. I paid the fees and called to confirm my appointment. We were set to move at 1pm. I called at 11am to confirm again. He told me he was running a little bit late but would be there by 1:30. At 2pm, I called, no answer. By 3pm, I was calling him back to back until he answered and told me that he wasnt going to make it to me and I needed to go through U-haul to have my money refunded. I told him that I had to be out of my apartment with Keys turned in and I didnt mind if it was after 5pm and he told me that he couldnt ask any of his guys to stay after 5pm. I ended up having to jump on Facebook and give most of my stuff away for free just so people would come get it out of my apartment. I'm sure when they show up, they're great, but I definitely wouldn't call them reliable. I'm moving again, and i'm really disappointed to see that they're still used as a referral from U-haul when half of the reviews mention them ghosting people who have paid. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

    Believe the reviews. I gave the benefit of the doubt but was mistaken. Boxes broke in transit. Damaged some items. Some clothes that were supposed to be packed were loose and dirty. Increased price day before goods delivered. Damaged house while moving items. Deep scratches in hardwood floor and dents in front door. Cigarettes and lunch trash thrown into flower beds and bushes. Packed heavy books on top of glassware. Mislabeled boxes. Buyer beware. No legit moving company demands money up front. All delivered in a condescending manner. They do not care. Period. If i could give a negative star rating i would. Made a move more stressful than being helpful. Never ever again. Ever.
