Telling somebody to YouTube how to hook up the full length car trailer probably is a liability. I think having fully trained employees is not only important, but nothing screams lack of professionalism like being told to “YouTube” it and figure it out on your own because we have no clue.

Stephanie, we apologize for the experience you received at the Home Depot regarding our towing. The videos we have on YouTube are meant to be for reference only, not instructional. Although for liability reasons, Home Depot associates cannot assist with towing, we will make sure that they are knowledgeable to still be able to assist the customer. Again, we apologize for the lack of professionalism you experienced.

I like Penske Truck over Uhaul but this location in Home Depot has no idea what they're doing. Go to a different location! We had nothing but issues.
