They allow their employees to harass potential customers. I do not feel safe in anyway shape or form allowing this company to help me move after the way I was treated by one of their employees. He genuinely made me afraid for my safety and would not stop harassing me after I asked him to stop multiple times and I am unsure how he got my contact information in the first place which is very scary. Please stay far away!! Especially if you have a family like I do.

I had 2 very heavy, awkward commercial embroidery machines I needed moved. One of them, 350 lbs, needed to go up 16 stairs. I also needed an elliptical moved down 25 stairs. My shop is in my home, so the stairways are narrow and the job was a little tricky to say the least. This crew was exceptional! They sent 4 big guys to do the job and everything was moved without a hitch! These machines are my babies and I was so nervous about getting them moved. They even set and leveled the machines for me and did it all so quickly. I'm so glad I hired PEP Move for this job! I highly recommend this company!

I hired this group to move a research lab, I provided a detailed list of the equipment in the space with dimensions, weights and links so they would know exactly what equipment was there. On the first day the move was scheduled they showed up an hour past the two our window they provided without the necessary man power to move the aforementioned equipment. When the move was rescheduled, 6 days later, they assured me that the would bring the correct people for the job having seen the space. They took 3 hours longer than they quoted me and still did not bring enough packing materials to move what was in the space. Then I received a bill and a job that was originally quoted at ~$600 ended up costing $2000+. I would not use this group again unless I was moving something very simple.
