  Had these guys move a lathe across town and also unload two more machines off a trailer into my shop. Communication and bidding process was strait-forward and easy, had to postpone one week due to weather making the ground soft - rescheduling was easy, professional, and prompt. Called me the morning of the move to confirm, crew showed up on time and with fantastic equipment and made quick work of everything. Machines were moved/unloaded quickly and without incident or damage. I 100% feel great about this transaction, machine moving is not something I will need every day - but will not hesitate to call PMM again if/when I do need something moved.

  Called Permian and Frankie took over. He coordinated and executed efficiently. In the San Antonio, TX region if you need anything reference machinery repair and moving Frankie did a good job with the complex scenario given. Provided all the necessary equipment needed with multiple trucks and equipment on a ranch terrain with a 20 ton piece of equipment and horrible condition. At a bargain price as i shopped around the area for 3 bids, and executed on time. Thank you sir !!! - Joseph

  WORST place!!!!!! After having spent $2500 every year for the past three years in maintenance and repair with this company. NOT even two weeks after our forklift was returned after going through “detailed inspection” and “everything is in good shape” assurance. The forklift broke down again, and instead of customer service they blamed us for it breaking down and refused to fix it unless we forked over more $$$. Update- After reading the review they contacted us privately just to mock us. No resolution. Ended up getting it fixed with a more PROFESSIONAL company.
