DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! If pioneer shows up at your door tell them to leave. Rocky is the biggest con artist I have ever met. Do not let him touch your belongings. Our broker firm used pioneer moving and Rocky showed up, took our stuff, took our money, we asked him FOUR times when our items will be delivered he told us the date and confirmed this is when they will be delivered. After he left our Aparment in Texas we never heard from him again, 4 days later when our stuff was suppose to be delivered he would not answer his phone, we called, we texted him, he would not answer, he doesn’t have a voicemail set up. We called and texted him for days and he never once returned our phone call after he took 95 percent of our belongings. When our stuff finally did show up we are missing four boxes, our 55 inch Samsung TV was completely broke(pictures below) and multiple other items damaged. Be aware if Rocky or pioneer show up at your door DO NOT LET THEM IN. He takes your stuff and puts it in a storage locker. Our items were not delivered for 32 days, we were sleeping on the floor in our new place. I REPEAT DO NOT LET ROCKY IN YOUR HOME

Same experience as everyone else. Stay away from this guy. He is a liar and scams people. Will not return your calls or answer your calls. You will have no clue where your stuff are when he stores them. Will not deliver on time and will keep your belongings without letting you know anything. If he does deliver, most items will be broken or missing. Please please Stat away from him. Wish the law was stricter when it comes to moving companies. This guy should be in jail or at least fined for everything he has done .

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY- We relate to all the reviews. Same scenarios. Stay away from this company. If you use a brokerage company make sure they do not hire this company. Find out who the actual moving company will be and research them. We were able to get our daughter's stuff that was still sitting in Texas storage by rent a moving truck and loading it ourselves to bring back to our house. Our daughter lived in an apartment with nothing for over 2 months. We got back Damaged goods. No refund.
