Would have given a 0 but couldn't. Rented a U-Haul from here and when we tried to return it new employee couldn't explain the charges on the receipt for the insurance that was charged they said it was 14$ insurance for 3 days then they turned around and charged me 42$ for 3 days which is nearly a 120$ over charge. To make a long story short had to call local law enforcement when they came they said it was a civil matter when asked for video to show officer to prove my innocences ofcourse they had none lol 😂😂 imagine that haha. Sincerely very un happy costumer
