  Matt and his team from Allay Moves, LC were complete professionals from beginning to end. Very polite, on time, and took good care of not only our possessions, but of our home, both on the move out and on the move in! They were outstanding and I'd highly recommend them to anyone. Actually, I'll be using them for a third time to move my daughter. That kind of sums up my feelings about Allay Moves!

  As a military veteran and a bit of a nomad, I have double-digit moves under my belt utilizing moving companies spanning approximately 25 years. I can honestly say my experience with Allay ranks among the top in seemingly every aspect. My wife and I used Allay for a local move with one night of storage between loading and unloading for our 3 bedroom home. We did our own packing, but Allay disassembled many pieces of furniture at the old house and reassembled at the new. First thing that impressed me was their responsiveness. I happened upon the company via a Google search, and from initial contact received timely responses to both phone and email communication throughout the move. They conducted an in-person survey of our home one day after initial contact. The professionalism and courtesy displayed by the entire 6-man crew was top-notch. As is the case with most moves, unforeseen issues arose and they consistently took them in stride. One thing that particularly impressed me was their willingness to ask questions regarding our preferences for the handling of certain items, even when we didn't think of it ahead of the move. Which brings me to my next point. If you've ever utilized a moving company, I'm willing to bet you've had something broken or damaged in some way during transit. Not this time! We did not experience a single broken or damaged item, or any damage to either home. Not a bump, not a ding, not a scratch! It was very clear while watching them operate that they take great pride in what they do! I really couldn't be more impressed and highly recommend Allay if you are searching for a reliable moving company. Oh, by the way, they were also the most competitively priced quote we received of five.

  Allay Moves were great! They were prompt in scheduling our move. They showed up on time. They wrapped the furniture and padded it when necessary to move it. They were very helpful and put the furniture where we asked them to put it. Overall, it was a terrific experience and I would definitely use them again.
