      BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!!! DON'T ONLY READ MY REVIEW READ THE REST OF THE 1 STAR REVIEWS ON GOOGLE and PODS.COM. SEEMS TO BE RECURRING BAD SERVICE AND OVERCHARGING WITH PODS!!!! EASY DELIVERY AND STORAGE THAT TURNS INTO A NIGHTMARE ONCE THE POD IS PICKEDUP!!! Everything was excellent from ordering the POD, having it dropped off, to and paying my monthly fees. However, when it came time for pickup, I was CHARGED $812.00!!! I had to close my account because PODS kept CHARGING me for little amounts until my account was DEPLETED!!! To PODS Reply: The reply listed below does not justify what you took out of my account. I only owed $89.00 for a pickup fee and was even in agreement with $98 with taxes. So 5 charges of $89.00 and another charge of $367.05 for a grand total of $812.00 IS NOT TRANSPARENT!!! I have been on the phone with your horrible customer service reps since Monday to only keep accruing more charges on my bank account!!! This lovely reps also deleted my PODs online account from the system. At this point, I have closed my account and am floored with your business which I suggested to and paid for on behalf of my mom. NEVER AGAIN!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

      RUNNNNNNN from this company as fast as you can! I used this company for 1 1/2 years after Hurricane Harvey and didn't have any issues so they were my immediate go-to company when moving. I rented a POD in November of 2020 and had it delivered to my old residence to be brought to my new residence. At the end of November I called and told them I was ready for the unit to be picked up. They scheduled a pickup, but the unit was never picked up. When I called they said the ground was too wet to pick the unit up. (It had just rained so that was understandable). They rescheduled my pickup, but this time noone showed to pickup the unit. I kept getting excuses on why it wasn't picked up, and then my account was charged for another month even though I requested pickup. I called and was told it would be looked into. A few weeks later my account was charged again, but this time for over $500 (more than double my monthly fee). Still the unit hadn't been picked up as requested. This went on for several months and my total charges from PODS AFTER requesting pickup was over $1,000!!!! I finally disputed it with my credit card company to get my money back from AFTER I had requested pickup. When PODS called the local PODS storage facility, they said that they couldn't drive across the yard to pick the POD up... When I asked well then how did you drive across it to put the POD there???? They then said, "the customer must have moved the pod"... UMM PODS are huge and heavy, there's literally NO WAY I could move it. The 800 number kept rescheduling pickup, but the local office refused to even come to the location and attempt to pick it up. They said that I could pay to have it towed to the storage facility if I wanted it off my property. (Umm what?!?!) It is now almost 6 months after I requested pickup and the POD is still sitting empty on my property. I have now started getting emails stating my account is past due. The local PODS still refuses to pickup the unit. This has been a nightmare and I will NEVER recommend PODS to anyone again.

      These people are just out to make as much money as possible. Delivered the wrong size pod to move across country. Didnt inform me until I called to have it picked up for shipment. Had to completely unpack all of our furniture and belongings just to turn around and repack everything. They charged me for both containers. Then scheduled the delivery for our stuff at the new house and told the lady I'd only need it for two days and they could pick it up. Paid my bill in full BEFORE they delivered it. Told the delivery guy he could pick it up in two days and he said that's when it was scheduled for. They waited an entire week to pick it up and then charged me for another months rent that I absolutely refuse to pay. DO NOT USE PODS!!!
