Super easy to use. Loaded POD and my things were waiting for me at my new house. Pricey but well worth it to have flexibility and time to pack/organize your belongings. A+ service all the way around. Easy to reschedule, had to cancel first reservation and refund was immediate. Would use again, but hoping to not move any time soon!

Great experience in working with PODS storage. We were hesitant at first, but the online video packing tips helped our confidence in the move and their equipment tremendously. I also like how competitive their pricing was to other services like U-Haul. I would still recommend those for short moves, but for movers over several states if you can afford it PODS is the way to go!

I started with Pods in Northeast Illinois on June of 2019. It was filled and taken to Florida and kept in Storage until I retired and moved to Florida in November of 2020. I was able to go to the storage building and access the pod for household items. The pod was put back in storage until delivery on January 2022. It could not have worked out better because of the long duration of construction at this time of covid.
