Delivery was 2.5 hours after the time window scheduled. No one called to inform us of the delay. The main customer service people were unable to contact the delivery people. The pick up was rescheduled from the promised time to the next day with no prior communication. The following day it was also rescheduled for the next day without any communication. They finally picked it up (three hours late!) on the third day. Communication was very difficult to impossible at every stage. No attempt was ever made at any point to tell us of changes in scheduling. I would never use or recommend this company ever in the future.

We can’t guarantee a driver will arrive at a certain time; however, we do provide an estimated service window. Often there are factors beyond our control (weather, traffic, prior customer delay s, etc.) that can cause delays. Actual small town folk, keeping it LOCAL! Great staff, kitchen and grocery store! SHOP LOCAL! Don't be fooled by signs. This family has been a STAPLE in Inwood for more years than I care to count ( my age ) and the owner's show it! Truck Stop amenities as well! OAK STREET STATION 100%!

TERRIBLE! The initial call felt as if I was inconveniencing the rep. The phone call took almost an hour and I didn't know if I could have delivery. They said they would call me back to confirm (I am within the 50 mile delivery area but they couldn't get the computer to confirm that even with google maps showing exact locations). The second call was even worse. The computer system speed was a constant reason for delay, the rep had to recreate my initial order (causing me a second charge). After this 40 minute call, I received a call back to confirm details...another 45 minute call! He had the addresses wrong, quote was a higher rate then the first call and it didn't have the 60 days needed only 30 days. The drop off date was two days later - after we needed to leave. When I asked why the additional charges, the statement was vague and about protecting my belongings. Called to cancel - the rep did not offer impressive customer service and didn't care why I was cancelling or trying to really save the order; he was going through the motions and reading a script. He asked to reschedule the date to save the order. I asked if it could be the original date, answer was a no. The system couldn't cancel my order...had to create a trouble ticket that can take 24-72 hours. Waiting for ANOTHER call to confirm their system can finalize the cancelation. This means $1300 (two charges because they messed up) is tied up until it finalizes. For the same price, I can have movers come load, move, and unload my house for the dates I need. NOT IMPRESSED.
