  The delivery and pick up drivers were dependable and respectful. Many features were available online, which for me, meant I could schedule or make changes easily. I didn't have to call during regular business hours, but instead I could take care of business at a time that worked for me.

  I used pods for almost a year. Wasn't planning on having my stuff In so long but the housing market was more for selling and not as much for buying. I have no complaints and would refer a friend...

  Called to cancle an order and the lady I was just on the phone with suddenly hung up on me while I was trying to confirm a cancellation on my order. No "have a good day" or anything to acknowledge that she did her job just hung up on me. Wish I had gotten her name properly so I could say who did this. But after waiting on hold for a half hour I'd like to know if my order actually got canceled or if I have to call again to cancle it.
