  Great experience all around! Our delivery driver, Alec, handled the stressful drop off with ease. He called an hour before, got the info he needed, and quickly navigated putting our POD in a parking spot minimizing the amount of time our neighbors had to wait to drive by. Guy deserves a raise!

  We moved 5 bedroom house across country and stored everything for several months while house was being built. Drivers were professional and friendly. All our items were in great condition after several months of storage and shipment across country. Recommend for anyone looking for a cost effective way to move.

  I try to only write reviews when situations are extreme, this is one of those times. This entire experience from start to "finish" has been a nightmare Terrible experience with this moving company. I was planning a cross country move with them now they give you days to load the pod for your move. My first day my pod loading no one was even on site during scheduled business hours, on my last scheduled day was the day the manager at the facility didn't tell the online team that schedules your loading that the times changed so when I arrived to load my pod the place was closed (at 3pm). so I had to come back the next morning (mind you have no place to stay, because you know I'm moving and was scheduled to leave that evening) so now I have an extra day charges on a uhaul to Pay, plus losing out one a night of my hotel on this cross country drive. Also due to this one day error of this they have to reschedule my pods shipment. Now that my Pod shipment is changed and delivery takes 2-3 weeks to go cross country it now pushed into the next month and they charged me an extra month of storage (another $300+). and Add with this day change they somehow changed where it was going to be delivered to, I had to call 3x's to get that corrected. I lost roughly $1100 extra dollars on top of the regular charges for this move. and when you file a claim no one gets back to you as matter of fact they don't even answer the phone. I have a coworker that is thinking about using them and I would never recommend this. I would also click they are not professional but most of the people I dealt with when calling were amazingly friendly, nice and considerate. but the behavior of my departing facility was awful. scheduling errors is also a part of professionalism. Please read their BBB reviews before making any decisions prior. Trust me there are more people with similar experiences..
