  My experience was EXTREMELY frustrating. I used PODS to store my stuff for 2 years while dealing with COVID and life stuff, and once everything calmed down and I was moving to a new place, I went to order my POD to be delivered and apparently my new location is "out of range" and they will not do it. I asked them to move it to a closer company location since I would have to pay for uhauls to move it myself and they charged me a $100 fee. The lady that helped me was rude and interrupting me the whole time. I paid the fee just to make her stop talking and moved everything myself. The people in the office were very rude and would not communicate anything with me. They wouldn't help me close my account or anything. Just a huge lack of communication the entire time. I had to call the company number myself to find out that they closed my order for me with no communication. Very frustrating to know that they will not deliver to you anywhere when that's what was told to me when I first signed up for it.

  Zero service complaints. Communication happened in a timely fashion when weather forced delays that were truly out of their hands, and our POD delivery driver Billy went above and beyond in difficult conditions to get our POD placed in the best possible spot for unloading. Would not hesitate to recommend the Everett POD location if you are in need of the services they offer.

  PODs was an excellent choice as I my relocation from Seattle, Washington to Mitchellville, Maryland was not a direct move. The ability to store my belongings (for close to a year) proved invaluable. When I was ready to receive them I was able to schedule a drop off within 3 days. The staff (chat, customer service, and drivers) were all helpful with each encounter. I highly recommend this solution for moving across the country and storage needs.
