  This review is for PODS in Palm Beach county. I only used pods to store stuffs at my new apartment parking lot for a week before I move in. The overall service was really good. On dropoff day, the driver called me 1h before arrival. I went to meet him and request where exactly to put the container. You need to use your own locks (the pod has 2 slots for locks). On pickup (return) day around 11am, some neighbor parked their car next to my pod, making it impossible for pickup. This was very disappointed because I already put up a BIG sign a day before. I'd be charged each time the pod can't be retrieved. The driver Bill was very accommodating for my situation. He waited 30min in our parking lot while I went knocking from door to door to find the culprit car's owner. Luckily I found him - a typical white young male showing up with his unpleasant face, coming out to withdraw his car like he's doing me a favor.. well, another story. Anyway thanks to Bill, I wasn't charged another extra (I think) $80. Left my full review as promised - thanks again personally, Bill.

  The person who sells you the initial service convinces you with false information that you should buy the Insurance. After paying $Thousands and finally filing a claim for damages caused by Pods, they deny every single one. The respond to you via a puppet company called Unirisc saying nothing will be paid back. If I would have saved the $Thousands I paid for fraudulent insurance, I would have had money left over to fix the multiple broken furniture caused by the incompetence of Pods. Birds of the same feather, fly together. That is how you would describe Pods and Unirisc. Two companies that scam customers out of their hard earned money for falsely advertised useless insurance.

  Hi, Josh! Unfortunately, we can’t control the insurance company's policies, and we can’t negotiate with them in regards to what claims are approved or denied. We suggest reaching back out to your point of contact at UNIRISC and asking them to reopen/re-investigate your claim. You can do this by replying to the last email received or by giving them a call at (407) 228-2026.

  I cancelled the order with plenty of time. its been 14 days, and no refund to my credit card yet. They blame it on computer error but nobody wants to help. Can I give them negative 5 stars.
