It took too long to schedule or reschedule our delivery. Customer service was nice but they didn't have the ability to actually do anything. Then there's the nickle and dime price model which makes it way more expensive than the delivery quote. Pickup fees, POD rental, and POD drop off delivery were all on top of the transportation charges. They know it has to be dropped off and picked up, add that to the price tag. Then there are the moving partners...what a ripoff. They wanted $800 to help load. I would have rented a dumpster for $275 and junked all our stuff before paying that much. Shop around and only use PODS if you have help and don't have any other options.
