Military Family- PODS has usually been our go to with our basic moving until now. Anywhere else we have used them, it was a steady transaction without worry until we had to move from southern Mississippi. The pick up was scheduled 5 weeks out and 4 days prior to us leaving the house. We had scheduled that prior to the move with good reason. When we left, the pod was still there in the yard. We had to go buy our own lock because the very loud delivery driver yells at me and said they are out of locks. I was charged for the lock on the invoice.When we moved, we had really thought our stuff would have been here in Greensboro already. It was not. We waited 2 additional days to have it delivered. When waiting for a call back from anyone who would help us, I called the only number and last contact pertaining to our move. When calling the local number from my phone, he said this is the delivery drivers phone and he has nothing to do with how it was picked up or delivered. I was flabbergasted but not surprised. Still no resolution from management and can not stress this enough, I would not recommend pods if you want good customer service skills by phone or delivery drivers out of Mississippi. They are quicker out of Greensboro, NC for delivery times, was on time, and was polite from first contact to receive the pod all the was through picking it back up. They have apologized here for the mess in Mississippi. Still no feedback from management.

Been waiting a month and a half for weight tickets for my move. Customer service has been unhelpful which is a shame because their delivery guys are fantastic but that's not enough for me to recommend or use them again if it's this much of a pain to get help when changes need to be made or get items that I paid for. Update: We finally received our weight tickets but it was passed the date for reimbursement so I'm out over $2000 that the military was going to pay back for. They also pushed back my pickup date causing me to have to pay another months rent. Will NOT be going through with them ever again or recommend. This has become a very upsetting experience.

We will never will use this service again. The representative told me that mold/mildew would not be a problem. Most of my personal belongings are ruinied and they will not take care of their negligence. Convience was GREAT.. but so not worth losing my belongings.
