  Our drivers (first two drivers were great but I can’t remember their names, third driver was Justin Barnhart) were great. Prompt and professional. Our delivers and pick ups went off without a hitch! Thank you guys!

  I hope this review comes off as scathing as I hope it should. The sheer incompetency of your company is appalling. You do not understand your own quotations or orders. You arrive at the wrong addresses for pickups. Your quotations vary based on who completes the order. You market that services can be completed online, but the reality is that zero services can actually be performed in this way. Not orders, not pickups, nothing. Your charges are also unclear. As mentioned before, quotations vary and cannot be compared side by side. Costs are hidden, as we found out apparently, PODS is just the company name, and it is actually subcontracted out to local "POD" servicers. This means they will charge you twice for the same POD for the same month if you have it delivered outside their arbitrary "50"mile service area. Contracts are not provided until less than 24hrs before orders which provides no time for review or clarifications. The individuals are not trained and do not understand logistics, addresses, or simple business aspects like quotations, billing, line items; again, super simple stuff which is commonplace. Further, when confronted with obvious mistakes on their part, they double down and claim I did not read the contract OR they simply say the conditions were not safe to collect the POD which they believe obfuscates them from providing a service by agreed dates. This essentially holds your belongings as hostage indefinitely in a hostile negotiation. I spent hours on the phone with PODS to organize pickup and delivery of our goods. My wife spent hours more. We have been hung up on twice, spent 1hr plus sessions on the phone attempting POD pickup and delivery, we’ve had to hold hands and follow up calls to ensure details are correct, and they still fail to provide the requested service. There is no supervisor to provide assistance. There is no manager to provide assistance. I have never been so motivated to share such vitriolic disgust for a company and their service.

  Horrible experience. Pods container was delivered to the wrong address and then when contacting Pods to deliver to correct address they said it is not their problem and it will take another month to deliver to the correct address. When picking up the containers, the wrong container was picked up and they caused damage to the front yard. Horrible customer service. Good thing about Pods: the pod got transported with minimal damage to the contents.
