  They were AWESOME. Guy in Ozark called cuz it was a new address and just took care of everything. SOLID CHOICE FOR MOVING. We will use them every time.

  Called for quote. Representative said a card was required for quote and reserving spot, but would not be charged. After phone call found rep had scheduled service (which I did not consent to) and my card WOULD be charged in a few days. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. After this I wouldn’t trust them to move me across the street

  **Edit/Update: A PODS Customer Advocate reached out to me as seen below in response. Our case was reviewed & sent to a different team which worked to facilitate an earlier delivery for us. Original drop-off was to be 2/16, they told us it would be 2/22 & after escalation of our case, PODS facilitated a drop-off on 2/19, which we GREATLY appreciated!! Thanks very much to PODS for helping improve this service for us. ********** Closed on our new home on 2/16/21. Had made arrangements weeks in advance for a 2/16 drop-off & received confirmation with an associate via email. The day before drop-off/closing, my husband contacted them to confirm their drop-off window only to be informed "Sorry, don't know what happened, we can't deliver until 2/22." SIX EXTRA DAYS?! Now, we have run into inclement weather, and delivery is delayed even further. Our family now has to pay hundreds of dollars extra to remain in a rental space -- when we own a home we could be staying in. Incredibly disappointed with the poor communication, messing up our requested dates, and not doing what it takes to get us our belongings in a timely manner! It's costing us tons of money and time!! We have requested a refund for part of our storage time.
