Aaron and Rich did a great job. Both are friendly, motivated, and above all, very hard workers. They earned every penny. This was the best moving experience I’ve ever had. I never hesitate to leave bad reviews when a Company fails to meet my expectations. I’m happy to give them five stars for such a great experience; especially concerning such a complex task. This work is not for the weak. Cheers, fellas. Keep keeping it real. Highly recommend. Will use again.

I am so pleased and impressed with the service and personnel of Smooth Moves. I had to change the date of my parent’s move 4 times and Mike, the owner, was so nice and accommodating and always expressed that our needs were his priority as well. The guys that did the moving were equally as polite, kind, personable and accommodating. They worked SO WELL together - they were a TEAM! They were fast yet very careful with everything they moved. We had some remodelers doing some work in the house and they asked if the movers could help them move the old stove out of the kitchen - the Smooth Moves guys all chimed in “sure!”. We also needed them to rearrange furniture in the house a couple of times after it was in and they always made us feel that our needs and satisfaction were their top priority. Mike, the owner of Smooth Moves, came by to see how things were going - just to check in with us and his crew. I ABSOLUTELY recommend Smooth Moves Professional Moving Services. The entire transaction went without a hitch from the very first contact with Mike to when the moving trucks left the driveway.

Hired them to help move me across the state. 20 minutes before they were expected to show up they cancelled, without an alternative date or anything more than an apology. Took me an hour but I found another moving company to complete the job.
