  Was told one thing and got another. Having a supervisor tell me something COMPLETELY different from a sales associate. We were told give a week notice and everything will be situated. I explained when we where moving, when we were moving and all the information I possibly could. Pick up and delivery where 2-3 weeks. We lived in a house with nothing. All of our stuff was in the POD, our bed, blankets, dry food, clothes, washer and dry. Oh the list goes on! After all of that issue, the damaged out property! Very very disappointed. I contacted POD 4 times with them telling me they will email. The only email I’ve received was about the damage property. Nothing about the first issue I spoke to a supervisor about that is “supposed” to reach out. I will be calling again for the 5th time on Monday. This is absolutely pathetic. Never will use pod again.

  Terrible service- lost both PODS I rented and when I called each time they insisted "there is no Easton storage facility". Hours on phone calls each time with inadequately trained service people at a loss for how to fix the problems. No business being in business. If I could select zero stars, i would.

  I would give them a 0 or negative if I could. Using PODs has been the WORST experience I have ever had with a company. The POD storage facilty flooded and therefore my POD got inches of water in it. They were aware, but never told us. It sat for almost a month to grow mold until we happened to access it, only to find the water, damage and mold. We were then given NO guidance, NO help and NO communication. We had to clean through everything on our own, pay to dispose of damaged items, unload and purchase storage through a different company and move everything with NO help from them. It is very clear they were just hoping we wouldn't find it until after it all dried out. They will not take any responsibility nor return phone calls. I would stay as far away from this company as possible! They store your stuff right next to a river, don't tell you where if is being stored, don't offer flood insurance and then tell you they aren't responsible, nor offer anyway to fix their mistakes. The unethical business practices of this company are clear and unacceptable. They have NO care or consideration for their customers and their belongings, despite that is what they are being paid to do. Please chose another company to help with your storage and moving. There are plenty out there that I know actually care. DO NOT choose PODs.
