  It all started out good then got bad dropped off 2 units to old home in NJ. We loaded belongings and off they went to Columbia SC that all went great. Needed to have them delivered to new home after 15 months in storage that was the catch. Contacted Corporate 3 times with no results so had to drive to Columbia location where my pods where being stored. Arron was the only one on site that day and not his position but he was great in helping me out and we where finally able to get them scheduled for delivered to final destination. Jason delivered both pods one on truck and one towed behind on a trailer he was great. a few days later after unloading them We went online and scheduled for final pick. Bruce and a lady sorry I don't remember her name started with a S. They both came the same day and took both units away. Both Bruce and S they where very nice and professional. Beside the little hiccup with corporate the Columbia office was great to work with.

  I ordered a Pod from Washington state to Columbia South Carolina. I have had zero problems until the pod was delivered to my house. The pod is on an incline which is causing my beds, furniture and belonging to be pushed against the door so I am unable to open. I thought maybe it was me and I didn’t have enough strength to open the door so I got my car jack from my truck and tried to open the door to no avail. Now I’m concerned because we do not have beds, furniture and belongings which are in the pod and I have my 86 year old mother in law and 15 month old son who need their beds and chairs. I called customer service and asked to schedule a visit as soon as possible because I do not want my family under duress and we schedule an appointment for the following day, great! The local pod site in Cayce, SC declined my appointment saying that the pod doesn’t need to be moved because it is far enough away from my house, however that was not the problem it is that the items inside the pod are leaning against the door not allowing it to roll up. I did not get a call asking about my problem just a decline to come. I went and purchased some air mattresses so my family could sleep but I still do not have access to my belongings. I called customer service again to set up an appointment for Monday. My concern is the lack of seeking to understand what my concern is and now I must wait till Monday to see if they will come out, although the customer service rep and I both believe based on the previous response that I will be ignored. I only want my pod door to be opened and after paying 7k for moving and 249 per month to store it I do not think I am being unreasonable.

  Our pods experience was great. The only way to move, especially as in our case it was 800 miles away. Pods gave us the flexibility of time to get things loaded and unloaded. All the drivers were professional and responsive to our needs. Hats off to especially to our driver Greg Flemins in Columbia.
