  The move, ease of website and set up was easy. The drivers were very nice and professional. However, we used one POD for about 3 days past our bill cycle and the other one about a week and we were charged for a full month of service on both. There is no prorating and returning of the customers money. So even though you paid for the service, they get to rent it out again making double. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!

  Had a pod for several months and when I called to have it picked up 6 months later, I called right after we were billed for the next month. Since I called a few days after billing, I expected to get a refund for unused days. Not the case. I was charged the full amount plus the pick up charge. The associate I spoke to suggested I keep it for the next billing cycle. Stupid - I was calling because I no longer needed it and wanted it off my property. Why would I keep an empty pod on my property just because it was paid. Bad customer service. They should have credited some of the last month. And besides when I called for pickup, the pickup date was a week later - more time empty sitting on my property. Won't use them again if I can help it.

  Pod delivered when requested. Pods moved the container as requested. Pods picked up the empty Container when asked. All time windows were met and confirmed by text and email. Very responsive and accurate. I would use them again. Positive experience!
