  We moved from VA to FL with the military and requested and paid for both an empty and full weigh ticket in order to be reimbursed for the move. It has been well over 2 weeks since the arrival of the pod in FL and still no Full weigh ticket. We have followed the proper avenues multiple times to sort out the problem with no solution in sight. With out a full weigh ticket and with the window for submitting the proper documentation coming to an end, it is very likely that we will have to pay for the move out of pocket. The customer service has been little to no help in resolving the matter, so posting a negative review will be the final method in resolving this matter.

  The service on the phone was terrible. I was over charged, the containers were delivered late and we needed to call to get the container delivered. They also charged $50 insurance on the content of an empty container, $49.95 for monthly insurance on top of that without permission. I have renters insurance that covers that. You can't talk to the same agent twice, so you start at the beginning each time you call. Scott a. ocala

  My relocation experience with PODS has been horrible. Not only did the initial delivery driver deliver me a trash can instead of a clean pod, he backed into my balcony and cracked it. I contacted them and filed an incident report. That was almost a month ago. The PODS customer advocacy representative assigned to my claim has not called me back or responded to my emails to discuss reimbursement or payment of damages to my property as of today! They have not been responsive at all in this matter. Now, I have to get an attorney involved. I will never do business with this company again.
