  Found it difficult to understand charges. Yard damaged extensively upon delivery. Driver completely missed the driveway and dragged it, removing grass and creating large divots. When questioned, he provided no information for making a claim. Difficult to reach.Claim department. Company denied liability for any damage to my property and stated that I signed a waiver. Caution to read the fine print before signing.

  Generally it was a good experience. A couple observations to consider: you do not know what time your POD is being delivered, redelivered, or picked up until the night before your delivery date. This presents a challenge for hiring help to load or unload. Try to contact movers well ahead of time so that you can confirm availability of help for the day you intend to have your POD loaded or unloaded. Check also if you will need any permits to park your POD because PODS will not know. You also need at least 40' to place the POD and it has to be straight off the back of the truck (this is for the large size container).

  If I could give less than one star I would. I was using my pod as construction storage. I needed it moved from one house to another, it was supposed to sit in my unpaved driveway. When they went to deliver it they delivered on the street bc the driveway was unpaved (even though I told them that) I called to tell them it can't be on the street because the county is about to re pave. They said they couldn't move it until next week. After two hours on the phone with some outsourced dude in another country reading from a script, it's basically too bad. It's not in my contract to have it there and yet they refuse to fix it. Then, they listed that theyd move it next week and charge me AGAIN to move it back to where it originally was, even though it was their mistake. They know there's nothing you can do so they don't care to fix their mistakes. I have no idea now if I'm going to get a fine or what happens with the county.

  Our drivers are advised to utilize their judgment when making deliveries, Amber. If they feel they can’t successfully put your container in a spot without risk to you, themselves, your property, the container, or our equipment, they'll place it in the next-best spot.
