I am being generous with 2 stars. One of the 2 young men that moved me had a hateful attitude most of the day and threw our belongings around without care. He was also the lead mover. He stacked our things so that they look like a leaning tower. I have called management and have dealt with them once already. A member of management is meeting me at storage on Wednesday to see the stacking and access the damage.

Two months ago you packed up our PODS. We unloaded them yesterday and saw most of our furniture was not wrapped. I had broken dining chairs, severely damaged furniture and broken glassware. I am beyond upset!

What can I say other than these guys where fantastic. Tyler, Carl & Kenny, so I got 3 guys for the price of 2 for starters, these guys wrapped my stuff in moving blankets, which where clean, then wrapped everything in plastic, most excellent! Moved my stuff with a smile and trust me it wasn't a "gravy" move. I had a super heavy piece, of course in the upstairs back room, it took 3 try's to get it down stairs, to get the right angle, and it was very heavy. They did it with out a complaint. Thank you Tyler, Carl & Kenny,you did a great job!!!!!! 5 Star ***** A+A+A+A+A+A+
