  This is for PODS HQ- They are dishonest and not customer focused. I was quoted and charged for an 8 foot container, when the container arrived it was 7 foot. 1 foot does make a difference when you are moving 2000 miles. When I called, the customer service offered NO help, AND STILL CHARGED ME FOR 8 FEET! Also...I've asked for a copy of my invoice, and they REFUSED. WHAT? How is this company still in business and please somebody investigate! I can't believe it is legal to charge and advise you will deliver a product/service and then short change the customer. BUYERS BEWARE!

Container sizes may vary slightly, and some earlier 8 ft models in PODS fleet are 7’2” x 7’3” x 8’4”. Additionally, you can access your invoices online at MyPODS.com.   The worst. They will NOT tell you how the scam really works until you are signed up, loaded up, and need them to move the POD for you, then you will find out the realities. They will charge you way more than advertised if you need the pod to be stored for any amount of time. Amazingly, after they picked up my pod for storage, they told me they "may" not offer delivery to my new address. When I called to set up delivery to my new address which is in a big city in north carolina, not out in the country by any means, they told me that they "might" not be able to deliver my pod and that I may need to rent a truck and drive back to where I moved FROM and unload the pod myself into the truck and drive it to my new home. All at my cost, of course. I know; it's unbelievable, but it's true. Nothing but lies and runaround from their customer service line, rude agents with no answers, and apparently no supervisors or managers available or willing to speak to you. DONT take my word for it. I beg you, implore you, and encourage you to go to the BBB or anywhere else and find out the truth about this company, their service, and how they treat their customers.

  POD s made my move easy. They came when promised and all of the associates I interacted with were very pleasant and helpful.
