I was quoted and charged for an 8 foot container, when the container arrived it was 7 foot. 1 foot does make a difference when you are moving 2000 miles. When I called, the customer service offered NO help, AND STILL CHARGED ME FOR 8 FEET! Also...I've asked for a copy of my invoice, and they REFUSED. WHAT? How is this company still in business and please somebody investigate! I can't believe it is legal to charge and advise you will deliver a product/service and then short change the customer.
