  PODS was so easy to use. The website has helpful videos and tells you when and where your POD is and when payments are due. The customer service on the phone was excellent. Friendly, polite and helpful in answering all questions. Our PODS delivery, storage, and delivery at the new house was seamless and all our belongings were safe because we followed the video advice on how to pack it properly and the shipping containers are solid and water tight. PODS even has services to contact for help in loading and unloading belongings. I would recommend PODS to anyone who is moving locally or cross country like we did. So happy with the outcome!

  I requested on their website a larger container and before I could get a quote, I had to talk to an employee who assured me that the smaller 8' container would accommodate my needs easily and only be at 95% capacity. WRONG! Now I'm making a 2000 mile road trip to get the rest of my things. Some furniture had to be donated as it wouldn't fit the POD. When you choose a pick up date, it can be 8AM or PM, you have no say, so plan accordingly. We had planned on packing the entire day and received a call that the POD was being picked up at 9AM and they wouldn't change. I tried to call and ask for help and clarification 2 times with no resolve. The drivers were the best aspect of dealing with the company. Kind, empathetic and courteous, but had no way to help resolve pickup timing issues. If you choose POD prepare for the worse, and you'll be satisfied!

We try our very best to recommend the right container for your belongings, but ultimately, the size/shape of your stuff and how a container is loaded can affect the size and quantity of containers needed. Additionally, we can’t guarantee a driver will arrive at a certain time; however, we do provide an estimated service window. This window is provided the day prior to service around 6 PM local time. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. It'll be shared with the appropriate teams to evaluate as we continue to improve the customer experience.

  Benny G. did a fantastic job for us on two occasions. He called from the road to tell us when he would be here and he showed up on time. He did an impressive job maneuvering the pod in a pretty tight space when he dropped it off last week. Today he came with a second pod as well as with the task of picking up our first fully loaded pod. He was able to unload the second pod and position it very close and conveniently for us, and then quickly and safely maneuvered the Podzilla to pick up and load our first, fully loaded Pod onto the truck. Benny worked quickly, efficiently, with the obvious knowledge and talent with operating his equipment. We are 100% satisfied with Benny’s work as well as with the pod organization getting us our containers exactly when we need Ed them.
