From the first phone call, PODS was incredible to deal with! They were professional but friendly, knew the product and were able to answer any question I had. I would recommend PODS to anyone! My items were delivered - I did not have any issues. Nothing was broken, scratched, etc. A little dusty but that's to be expected after being stored for 6 weeks. Great job, PODS!!! You're the best!!!

The West Valley City PODS was horrible to work with. We had to give them a week or more notice. We had to book movers a week in advance, but PODS would only give a delivery time the evening before delivery. We waited almost 4 hours for the POD. By the time the POD was delivered, the work day was over. The delivery driver, Dave T. told us he wasn't late and refused to put the container where we requested. PODS did nothing to address the problems. The website almost never worked and just gave error messages, even for the PODS employees. We had excellent service in Peoria, IL, which is why I didn't give a single star.

POD was good, but be prepared to pay rent beyond when you want. They lack capacity to deliver and thus charged me for the time i waited for delivery. Where is the incentive to meet customer timing if they make money by being slow to deliver.
