Even though we had to wait 30 minutes to pick up our reservation due to some internet issues, the person in charge acknowledged everyone, kept us all informed throughout the wait, kept people moving as quickly as possible and definitely appeared to run the operation like a well-oiled machine (barring issues beyond his control) while still being personable. We were in from out-of-state to help our Bradley University student move to a new apt. and will definitely let other Bradley University parents know how great this location was!

Anthony took great care of me! Even when he's completely busy and running behind he keeps his cool and is really friendly. Picking up my ubox was convenient and easy, one of his guys hooked up too!keep up the great work!

Awesome staff, they came through in a huge way! I was on a cross country trip with the family and had a major issue with our U-Haul trailer’s wheel (2 snapped studs). They replaced the studs and lug nuts in less than an hour. Best of all we didn’t have to unload the trailer which would have been a nightmare. Definitely recommend this place. Professional service at both the front desk and from the gentleman who performed the repair (wish we got your names).
