  Fausto's PODs delivery driver hit my daughter's PARKED car when delivering my neighbors container. I am lucky it was caught on my neighbors ring video. Didn't leave a note and when I contacted them I kept getting the run around. Been waiting for email or call for over a month. I've had my daughter's car repaired already but PODs has not taken accountability and stepped up. Sad way to come home from college and find your car wrecked after fresh detail. PODs definitely has disappointed me with their lack of response and customer care.

  Thank you PODS for your organization, your professional drivers, and safe storage for our personal belongings. We moved from Texas to Delaware and the communication was excellent with this company. We used the app and online account to follow our expected pick up and drop off times. Further, the PODS company will either text or call when they are on their way. This is great because as we are worrying about moving, will they show up, etc. they take that stress away and let you know when they will be dropping a pod off and/or picking up a pod. We were going to use a moving company and opted to use this service. We had a local company load the pod and our family helped us unload. The entire process was smooth. Our one tip for packing the POD, make sure every space is full (use small trash bags and fill with clothes, pillow, blankets) to help cushion other things in the POD - these are great "stuffers." We highly recommend moving using PODS.

  Update, happy to say PODS are scheduled for delivery to our new home on this Saturday. God Bless🙏 Thank you. Hoping to be able to change my rating. We get to our new and forever home, 1700+ miles away so excited. Call to schedule drop off. Oh sorry we do not deliver to that address!!! What??? How can we get our pods? Well you will have to unliad them at the facility to a moving truck? What? How are we suppose to do that, my husband is a 100% disabled Vet and we are retired. Please is there anything we can do, can we call the facility near us 45 miles away and ask for a extended deliver? I am sorry but they do not answer phones at that address. Please anything, I pray. And just to be clear this is not against the Denton facility, it is the main hub that could not help us.
