Customer service leaves much to be desired. During my many communications with them, there was never any kindness or help actually offered. It wasn't explained to me to set up the travel pickup way ahead of time, so that took way longer than it should have, which put us out of our primary living items for 3 weeks. Empty container pickup should not have taken 3-4 weeks to be picked up, which then delayed our final container delivery even though I was told an empty container would be picked up and then our last one delivered. When speaking to customer service about it, they were very rude to me, and explained I could hire a moving/labor service to unload and deliver my items to me, at an extra cost to me, as if I hadn't already paid over $12k for all our PODS already!

I don't know why anyone would use anything except PODS. We have used them for 2 big moves now and the experience both times was exceptional. Great communication and customer service. Our PODS were always clean and the POD drivers must go through some "how to be the nicest human on earth" training because they are fantastic. Plus, if you have kids it's fun to watch how the PODS mechanism for pick up and drop off work.

During one of the busiest moving seasons in history, PODS maintained impeccable professionalism. The customer service agents were helpful, patient and clear. They helped connect me to moving specialists to help us unload our PODS. When I needed to adjust my delivery time to coincide with scheduled unloading help, they were able to contact the warehouse and make it happen. I will use PODS in the future and highly recommend the service.
