  We’ve had a great experience with PODS so far. Dave Turner was the driver who delivered our 2 pods to our starting destination in West Valley. He answered our questions on best placement, called us when he was on his way and arrived within the time slot we were given. Only negative so far has been with the central booking office. They said our pods could be delivered to our new home (in another state) on a Saturday, but we later found out the specific pod location was closed Saturday and Sunday so they called us directly to reschedule for Monday. Otherwise, smooth sailing so far.

  I moved 2500 + miles across the country and ended up going with PODS for this big move. I was completely satisfied from beginning to end. The call center customer support folks completely answered all my questions and were very honest and helpful. The drivers kept me up to date with their arrival and we had good communication to ensure smooth drop off, pick up, swap, etc. It's a fun process to watch. The PODs were clean and sturdy and well equipped to allow us to pack all of our stuff safely and securely. The price is competitive with other options we looked into but it worked best for our situation and I have no regrets.

  Customer service is a joke. I've literally tried to make my payment at a minimum of 5 times. Almost every time you call customer service 30 to 40 minute wait before speaking to someone. Also, I've had Auto pay set up for the entire duration of my POD rental. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau.
